MODO DE EMPLEO
Es importante que te laves las manos durante 40 o 60 segundos antes de manipular la mascarillas. Toca únicamente las gomas de la mascarilla y póntela sobre la nariz y la boca, asegurándote de que no quedan grandes espacios entre tu cara y la mascarilla.
Pasa las bandas elásticas por detrás de tus orejas y pellizca la pieza nasal, de forma que quede correctamente ajustada a la nariz. Evita siempre tocar la parte delantera de la mascarilla. Y en el caso de que la hayas tocado, lávate las manos.
Cuando decidas retirar la mascarilla, lávate las manos con cuidado de tocar solamente las bandas elásticas (o gomillas). Para desecharla, introdúcela en una bolsa de plástico en la basura bien cerrada y, finalmente, lávate las manos.

HOW TO USE
It is important that you wash your hands for 40 to 60 seconds before handling the mask. Touch only the rubber bands of the mask and put it over your nose and mouth, making sure there are no large gaps between your face and the mask.
Pass the rubber bands behind your ears and pinch the nose piece so that it fits snugly against the nose. Always avoid touching the front of the mask. And in case you have touched it, wash your hands.
When you decide to remove the mask, wash your hands being careful to touch only the elastic bands (or rubber bands). To dispose of it, put it in a tightly closed plastic bag in the trash and, finally, wash your hands.
